a) How long will I receive my order after purchase?

All READY STOCKS (Except adjustable dumbbells) purchased within Malaysia will take 5-10 business days once your order has been placed with us. This DOES NOT apply for PRE-ORDER items. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure they're aware their purchased item status is a PRE-ORDER item or READY STOCK item.

Adjustable dumbbells will be delivered within 2 business days within Klang Valley and within 5-10 business days outside of Klang Valley.

 

b) How can I track my order?

We will send the tracking information for all purchase of READY STOCKS item email address stated in the checkout page once the item has been shipped. 

 

c) What are the shipping rates?

We are working really hard to lower our shipping cost to help you save more! Right now, the shipping rate can range from RM50 to RM100 varied by items.

 

d) Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use SKYNET for all items.

 

e) Can I choose Cash On Delivery (COD)?

COD can be done at Petaling Jaya and Damansara areas. Kindly email to arrange on the location & time.

 

f) Can I change a confirmed order?

Since we’re committed to deliver your item at the quickest time, all confirmed order can be hard to change. We recommend emailing to us within 12 hours at shopactiveglobal@gmail.com if any amendment is required with your order. We will try our best to amend the order. 

 

g)  What’s the timeline for exchange or refund?

Exchange or refund is only eligible if Active Global received the purchase within 14 days from the day you received your parcel. For majority of returns / exchange, it may take 10-15 working days to inspect and process the exchange or refund. 

 

H) What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept FPX. Credit card and wallets will be soon (GrabPay, MaybankQR, Boost, Touch N Go) through EGHL.
