Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We offer 14-days money back guaranteed.
We want you to enjoy the same satisfaction feeling as buying an item in a retail shop. That is also the reason why in Active Global we have a 14-days money back guaranteed policy.
If you find that the product does not fit you well you may return the product within 14 days of you receiving the parcel and receive a full refund, the refund will be processed upon inspection of the original product.
If there is any sign of defect from the item, you may exchange the product within 14-days of you receiving the parcel. The exchange will be processed upon inspection of the original product.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange / return.

In what cases
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle all return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in these situations, including:
Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
Products showing excessive wear and tear.
Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.
Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
How long will my refund to be processed
It may take up to 14-21 business days for your refund to be fully processed to your original payment method. We will first have to inspect the returned / exchange item of the the item.
Active Global reserves the right to not accept / process any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.
